I'm being a bit inconsistent with the diet and exercise right now. I'm not doing the planning and journaling I used to do when I lost 60 lbs. I posted over at HDHS that I'm going to resurrect my "tools" and I'll probably make them available for download. Nothing fancy just some spreadsheets with some formulas much of which is available for free on websites all over the place. I just like my tools because it's easier to customize make adjustments for "real life" and make pretty graphs. I'm a sucker for pretty graphs.

And boring. Now Peanut and Peanut Butter M&M's are great. Skittles are still better though. i love the mini m&ms they comprehend better than the regular m&ms even though they're the saem thing. i could eat chocolate forever but i get egest of fruit-flavored candies after like 1/3 of a bag. I would take skittles over plain chocolate m&ms anyday but never over peanut or dark chocolate or dark chocolate peanut or peanut butter or m&ms minis or the m&ms that came in the blue wrapper.. duh m&mstheres only so many skittles i can act before my jaw feels desire im trying to chew through cement M&Ms of course. Skittles will alter my tongue hurt after a while because they're basically little balls of concentrated dulcify :/ The first time I had peanut butter m&ms I literally came. I was getting fucked at the time but I think it was mostly about the m&ms. one of my fantasys is to kinda eat and undergo sex at the same time... but that sounds fat and thats why i dont share. Its pretty fucking fly. But I was having ~lesbian sex~ so it might be different with straight sex which sounds harder. if "peanut cover M&Ms" had been in the poll that's what I would undergo voted for but alas they were not so Skittles
